The ability to work from home is the new normal for many, and it makes sense for our business too. We have structured our manufacturing process so that the team meets twice a month together but work hours are totally flexible beyond that. Artisans are paid per piece at an agreed rate. That means work can fit around family responsibilities and long commutes are replaced with time for more important things (and people).
